Mark A. Ingram,
Landmark Home Builders Inc.
Mark
A. Ingram, experienced custom builder, dedicated businessman, and owner
of family oriented Landmark Home Builders Inc. As a teenager mark started
as a carpenter's helper for his father. He quickly gained the expertise
necessary to become a skilled carpenter himself. Following the death of
his father in 1981, Mark earned his Class A Contractor's License, and
started his own business. He has experienced remarkable growth and expansion
in the last twenty years and is currently constructing twenty-five to
thirty homes per year.
"Family
oriented" is certainly a good way to describe Landmark Home Builders.
Mark's mother, Jane, is the designer for many of the new homes at Spring
Lakes including the Lexington, Auburn, Durham, Chapel Hill, Roanoke, Savannah,
and Raleigh. We think you will notice that special feminine touch in many
of these homes with their unusual and unique design features. While his
mother provides the plans, Mark's sister handles the office duties including
day to day customer contact. We invite you to visit Spring Lakes and meet
Mark, and find out for yourselves why we are all excited to have Mark
and family building at Spring Lakes.
