Here, homesites will be thoughtfully landscaped to add the finishing touches to Spring Lakes beautiful terrain. This will insure that homes at Spring Lakes will long be known for their lasting quality, beauty, and value.
 Every
home built is carefully reviewed prior to commencement of construction
to make certain that it conforms to extensive guidelines developed
to:
- a) Create a sense of architectural timelessness and a consistent
character of community.
- b) Ensure that homes are well designed, constructed and landscaped.
- c) Accommodate individual tastes to
the extent possible while ensuring that values within the property
are protected.

Sampling of the Spring Lakes Guidelines
 * Roof
pitches 7/12 or greater with architectural, wood, or 25 yr. fiberglass
shingles.
* Exterior veneers consisting of brick, stone, wood, hardiplank,
or quality vinyl siding.
* Side loading garages where practical.
* Window, door and cornice dimensions in proper proportion to house
elevations.
* Proper screening of outdoor mechanical and utility equipment.
