| Bob has been a member of the
Greater Augusta Association of Realtors since 1996, serving as
President of that organization in 2001, and as a member of the Board of
Directors since 1999. He has been the recipient of that organization's
Presidential Award of Honor for six years in a row, a Code of Ethics
Award winner, a member of the circle of Excellence, and has received
numerous volume realted awards. His goal is to provide each of his
clients and customers a superior level of Real Estate service. He
approaches his business on a friendly professional basis while
maintaining the highest ethical standards. Bob has lived in the
Staunton area since 1975 and has over the years been active in the
community serving seven years on the Staunton City School Board, as a
member and past President of the Staunton-Augusta Rotary Club, as a
member of the SDDA, as past board Member and Treasurer of the Mental
Health Association of Augusta, and as a member of St. Johns United
Methodist Church. Bob is deeply committed to Spring Lakes and would

Frankie is a proud member of the Greater Augusta
Association of Realtors, currently serving on the Board of Directors.
She attended the Univeristy of Maryland and
has 15 years experience in the home improvement industry. She has
experience in property management and realestate investment. Frankie
and her family moved to the Shenandoah Valley to find a friendly place
where they could become a part of the community. She has come to
Staunton from the Washington metropolitan area, where she began her
career as a dedicated Realtor in 1998. Frankie is a resourceful
advocate for her clients who will always go the extra mile. With her
experience and creativity, Frankie consistently provides the
outstanding service her clients have come to expect.
She is delighted to be part of the marketing team at
Spring Lakes, and looks forward to watching Spring Lakes grow and

A graduate of Old Dominion University, Cynthia has over
twenty years of professional administrative and office management
experience in a variety of settings. She earned her license as a real
estate professional in 2000, and is currently a member of the Greater
Augusta Association of Realtors.
Cynthia moved to the Shenandoah Valley from Cape
Hatteras Island, North Carolina, after Hurricane Isabel besieged the
island in the fall of 2003. She now delights in the natural beauty of
the Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
With her extensive training and experience in customer
service and organization, she applies these skills well in a new homes
community where attention to detail is key.
She is pleased to be a member of the marketing team at
Spring Lakes, and looks forward to contributing to the success and
prosperity of the community.
